I need to read plenty of papers on deep research agents for CS791U, to keep track of annotations I am using Zotero. Also can we appreciate how great Zotero is? integration with ACL, ACM, Arxiv, even OpenReview, it’s all one-click transfer of the paper and citation.

I still haven’t mastered the most effective way of annotating papers. For each 3 papers per week, I write a report, so I need to optimize note-taking in Zotero more, rather than just highlighting and brain-dumping to google doc right after.

I first used it for lit-review at CDS on SingFit, and back then I didn’t really get it.
