What I ate for dinner, most nights.

• Feb 24, 2026 Lasagna — with some wine this time
• Feb 23, 2026 Lasagna — my mom made it, it will last me this whole week, also had some beans on the side
• Feb 22, 2026 Steak — Marinated for 1 day in olive oil and soy sauce, stabbed meat with fork and cut cross patterns. Stabbing/cutting makes cheap Aldi meat pretty good
• Feb 21, 2026 Lavash Kebab? — My parents made kebab rolls in the oven by rolling seasoned ground beef with lavash
• Feb 7, 2026 Veal, asparagus, baked potato, cacik (Turkish?), chocolate pie — This was an early valentines dinner at Whately Inn near Amherst, it was a very good dinner and budget friendly
